Feekr is a cloud and AI consulting firm based near Lille, France, that supports organisations from their cloud foundations through to AI in production. One conviction guides us: a solution is only valuable if your teams can run it.
Who we are
Feekr is a French simplified joint-stock company (FEEKR SAS) founded in November 2025 and based in Villeneuve-d’Ascq, in the heart of the Lille metropolitan area (northern France). We work in two complementary areas: cloud (AWS and Azure, architecture, migration, FinOps, governance) and artificial intelligence in production (generative AI, agents, LLMOps, AI governance).
We work closely with teams in the Lille area, on site or remotely, and also support projects elsewhere in France.
Mohamed El Mardi, founder
Mohamed El Mardi is the president and founder of Feekr. A senior DevOps and cloud engineer, he designs and runs AWS infrastructure described entirely as code (Terraform, Terraspace, OpenTofu), including in regulated settings such as HDS (Hébergement de Données de Santé, the French certification for hosting health data), where compliance is not negotiable.
This hands-on experience shapes the way Feekr works: architecture that is documented, reproducible and secure from the start, which in-house teams can take over and evolve.

We follow the same path on every project, from the first assessment to life in production:
- Scope: bring together business priorities, the existing technical estate, data quality and security constraints to define a useful, realistic scope.
- Build: prove the value in practice, on a first measurable scope.
- Industrialise: make the solution operable, with Infrastructure as Code, observability, incident procedures and governance.
- Improve: measure, adjust and transfer skills to your teams.
At every step, decisions are shared and deliverables are designed for your teams to make their own.

- No flat-rate promises. Cost or productivity gains are measured on your data, never announced in advance.
- Security and governance by design. Access, data, traceability and human validation are part of the architecture, not a final phase.
- Your teams’ autonomy. Documentation, shared code and knowledge transfer are included from the scoping stage.
- The right tool for the job. AWS or Azure, an AI model or conventional automation: we start from your context, with no bias.
